Appointments

We welcome walk-in appointments; however, to ensure that your service is scheduled at the best time for you, we recommend that you reserve your appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance. You can schedule your appointments by telephone or online.

Late Arrivals

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and courteous to our therapists and other clients. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to accommodate your entire appointment. However, this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests; however, the service will still be charged at the total value.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to guarantee services when booking. A 24–hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge for any scheduled services.

Group Bookings

For parties of two or more, don't hesitate to contact our spa at [email protected] or by phone at (910) 741-0570 for booking and availability. We recommend booking in advance for parties larger than two but can accommodate last-minute bookings. Weekends tend to book up at least a week in advance, whereas weekdays have more availability.

Gift Certificate Policy

Order Spa Gift Certificates online, by phone, or in person. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

Lost or Stolen Items

Please leave any valuables at home. Bluewater Wellness Aesthetics & Massage cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles.
